As a country head, she led high stakes negotiations with investment banks, stock exchanges and financial markets regulators.
Passionate about Negotiations she enrolled in a year-long Masterclass in Complex Negotiations by 2 of the world’s best negotiators, Laurent Combalbert & Marwan Mery.
She is one of the rare women to be qualified as a Certified Professional Negotiator, CPN© by the International Scientific Experts Committee of Negotiators.
As a member of the invitation-only International Network of Negotiators, Pacificat© Network, she is leading the Training & Advisory activities on Complex Negotiations in the Middle East.
Lousin is a mother of 2, a graduate of 3 International Business Schools, holds 4 nationalities and speaks 5 languages.
She is currently based in Dubai and works with corporations and executives worldwide.
