Time: 3-Hours per session
Prior to Each Session we agree to 3 major impact areas to focus on.
Plus, review business performance, discuss challenges and opportunities, create a monthly / quarterly accountability cadence. Set goals & key objectives and formulate an action plan complete prior to the next session.
Priority Access Calls: Contact Marty for any challenges or opportunities that arise in-between sessions as a part of the ongoing engagement.
Investment: $3,300 per month (inclusive of GST )
6-month recommended commitment however there are no lock in contracts.
Marty shares access to key trusted professionals in finance, investment, property, HR, Accountants and legal that can fast track your business growth journey.
Monthly Or Quarterly Sessions
For best results it's important to set an agreed accountability schedule to ensure ongoing progress. Depending on what stage your business is at you may choose monthly or quarterly engagements.
